Shipping & Return Policy

Before finalizing your purchase please be sure to thoroughly review our policies below.

Shipping

We ask that you please allow 3-5 business days for PROCESSING. Once the order has been processed and the payment has been cleared, the package will be shipped. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will require an additional processing day. In the rare occasion that your order will not arrive within the expected time frame, you will be notified and offered alternative options for your order.

Domestic Flat Rate Shipping:  Approximately 3-7 business days

Domestic Express Shipping: Approximately 2-5 business days

We are not responsible for any delays in shipments due to incorrect shipping information, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Also note that holidays are not included as business days. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.

 

A tracking number will be sent to your email address. Please track your shipment at www.USPS.com.

Returns/Order Cancellations

Due to the nature of the items, we currently DO NOT offer refunds UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, but we will be happy to assist you in product exchanges. We stand strongly behind the quality of our products so we offer a 30-day full exchange on all unrolled and unused hair. If the hair shows signs of use, temperament, or manipulation, the hair cannot be returned and a refund or exchange will not be issued. 

Once an order is placed and the payment is processed, we are unable to cancel the order. NO EXCEPTION!

To return or exchange your product, please contact customer service within 30-days from the day you received your hair prior to returning your item(s). Hair must  be returned in its original packaging with the original labels still intact. Hair MUST BE uncombed, not brushed, or finger-combed to be considered for an exchange. If the hair shows signs of temperament, the item will be returned to you.
